SEGUN AJEWOLE

Segun is a professional of over 20 years post qualification experience. He is a meticulous personality with sound academic footings.  Segun obtained his first degree (B.Sc) in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria Nsukka in 1988. He proceeded and obtained a Masters degree (MBA) from the same University. He is a Chartered Accountant of over 18 years and a seasoned financial expert having attended several local and international courses and training programs in the course of his working years.

Segun had his National Youth Service in a firm of Chartered Accountants, Okoruens & Co in Uyo Akwa Ibom state between 1988 and 1989. His private practice knowledge was deepened when he joined Frontier Group, a Consultancy outfit shortly after his youth service in 1989 as a business consultant. He garnered a wide knowledge of consulting in Frontier Group before joining NICON Insurance Plc in 1990. He worked for 3 (years) in NICON before moving to Triumph Merchant Bank Limited in February 1994. He rose to become the Financial Controller of the Bank before returning to professional practice in 2005. He is presently the principal partner of Segun Ajewole & Co (Chartered Accountants).

Muyiwa has a background in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Industrial and Labour Relations.  He later read law at the University of Lagos up to a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) level and later bagged a Ph.D at the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies; his research areas are Corporate Governance and Legislative

Drafting.  Muyiwa is a Notary Public, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, member of Society for Corporate Governance and Associate member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria Branch). 

Prior to qualification as a Lawyer, Muyiwa worked with Image Technologies Limited, Lagos Nigeria.  – an IT company that represents BULL France in the territory of Nigeria where he rose to the position of Assistant General Manager (Finance and Administration). He later co-founded Nistech Group, a company that is involved in Management Consultancy, Education and Fast Food.    For his practice experience he had a brief stint at the law firms of Debo Akande & Co. and Victor Kolade & Co. both in Lagos.  Muyiwa was a Consultant to EPC Contractor in Ondo State Government 30MW Power Plant Project that emanated from ODSG PPP Office. He is a Consultant to Garfields Energy Limited a Nigerian Energy Company that supplies Drilling Bits to various IOCs, Marginal Operators including ExxonMobil, Total Upstream, Snepco, Adaxx, NDPR, WalterSmith, Sterling Global Exploration and also Garlields Environmental Services and Resources Limited. 

His areas of interest are: Compliance in Corporate Governance issues, Trademark, Company Secretarial, Legislative and Commercial Drafting, Commercial Property Transactions, Banking, Wills and Probates and Secured Credit Transactions.

Akintomiwa graduated from Adekunle Ajasin University, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010.  Prior to joining the firm he had practice experience with the Law firm of Canaan Solicitors, Lagos. He advises a diverse array of clients, from major financial institutions and manufacturing companies to government and its agencies, on a full range of commercial transactions. He has also worked extensively with global development aid agencies, having worked as a legal consultant to the Central Bank of Nigeria

He is a legal practitioner with over eleven (11) years’ experience and an in-depth understanding of the Nigerian legal services market. He represents the firm’s private and institutional clients across various business sectors before the executive, legislative and judicial arms of the Nigerian Government and has also advised Government entities on their policies and regulations.

Akintomiwa has a flair for deal structuring in complex commercial transactions and has provided negotiation, documentation and legal advisory support to client transactions across various sectors including energy and natural resources, infrastructure and real estate, hospitality, technology and communication, transportation and project finance. He is also the Team Lead of the firm’s Corporate Law Group and has led the team in providing compliance governance, secretarial services, business restructuring, permitting and licensing support to our clients. His understanding of the business landscape in Nigeria and of global commercial trends as well as heightened ability to ascertain and add value to client transactions have made him the go-to person for all our key commercial transactions. A legal practitioner of comprehensive aptitude, Akintomiwa has continually set the bar for efficient and effective service delivery to our discerning clients and is an invaluable member of the team.

ADEDOLAPO ADOJUTELEGAN.

Adedolapo is a young motivated, charismatic and detail-oriented lawyer with a strong academic background. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State and was called to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2022.

Adedolapo possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills and also has a good understanding of the legal ethics. She has a strong ability to interact professionally with clients, understand their needs and provide legal advice.

She is passionate about advocacy and has a flair for litigation. Since joining the firm, she has handled several matters in various aspects of law and keeps building up her experience in the legal practice.

Bukola Daramola is into full time law practice and has an unusual passion for Advocacy.• she is experienced in legal consultation, brief taking, preparation of all court processes and legal documentation.

Her years of pupillage has earned her an avalanche of experience in Legal research, taking relevant legal actions against violation of the rights of workers (in the private and public sectors), students, retirees, the old and aged, prisoners, hospital patients, etc. 

She pursues remedy available to aggrieved consumers including the prosecution of defaulting service providers, seeks redress to all reported cases of violations.

She is also passionate about proffering alternative dispute resolution Methods (ADR) Including Reconciliation, and Arbitration to resolve disputes such as; Matrimonial causes, child abduction by one parent, Landlord and tenant issues, breach of contract, child abuse etc.
